Garden City Public Schools will start classes for the spring semester on Monday, January 8, 2024. All classes will be in session with normal starting and ending times for all schools.
There will be no school on Monday, January 1, through January 5, 2024 for the winter vacation. There will be a teacher workday held on Thursday, January 4, 2024. There will be a teacher inservice held on Friday, January 5, 2024.
School zones will be active around the community on Monday, January 8, 2024. Remember to slow down in school zones, pay attention to school buses and be mindful of the crossing guards protecting students as they cross the street.
