Horace Good Middle School and Kenneth Henderson Middle School will hold checkout sessions August 6th – 8th from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. each day to issue iPads to students. Students are encouraged to have all fees paid at the time of iPad checkout. Fee payments will be collected online at: https://payments.efundsforschools.com/v3/districts/55837
Horace Good Middle School students will also have an opportunity to get their student ID picture taken and locker assigned during the checkout days.
Kenneth Henderson Middle School students will get their ID picture taken and locker assigned during the Open House held on Tuesday, August 13 from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
The first day of school for the 2024-25 school year will be Wednesday, August 14th with a half-day orientation for students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade, seventh grade, ninth and tenth grades and all students new to Garden City Public Schools. The first full day of school for Garden City Public Schools is Thursday, August 15, 2024, when all classes will be in session for the start of the 2024-25 school year.
